Please note this form has closed. Due to overwhelming interest we unfortunately cannot guarantee you a place at the dinner except upon payment at the conference itself, however you are welcome to enquire at the conference as to whether any places remain available.
The dinner will be held within walking distance of the Conference venue, on the Saturday, 9th October, 7pm until late. There will be at least one vegetarian option. Drinks will also be included. The dinner will cost approximately $40 per person, payable in cash upon registration on the Saturday morning of the conference.
